General Eligibility Criteria:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Accounts must be verified as non-functional by our support team
  • All refund requests must include proof of the issue
  • Refunds are processed based on the original payment method

2. Valid Refund Scenarios

We provide refunds in the following situations:

If the purchased account is completely non-functional and our team verifies the issue

If you received a different account type than what was ordered

If accounts stop working within 72 hours of purchase

Refund Timeframes

Refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days after approval. Processing time may vary depending on your payment method and bank.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Please note that refunds are NOT provided in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind after purchase
  • Account Suspension by Platform: If social media platforms suspend the account due to your activities
  • Incorrect Usage: If accounts are used against platform terms of service
  • Bulk Order Issues: For bulk orders where partial issues occur (we replace affected accounts)
  • Delayed Reports: Issues reported after 30 days of purchase
  • Password Changes: If you change the account password and lose access
  • Unverified Claims: Issues that cannot be verified by our support team

Important Notice

We do not provide refunds for accounts that have been successfully delivered and are working at the time of delivery. Replacement is offered for accounts that fail within the warranty period.

5. Replacement Policy

In many cases, we prefer to replace non-working accounts rather than process refunds:

Replacement Guarantee

We offer free replacement for any account that becomes non-functional within 180 days of purchase.

Replacement Terms:

  • Replacements are provided for the same account type/value
  • Processing time: 12-24 hours for standard replacements
  • Bulk order replacements may take up to 48 hours
  • No limit on replacement requests within warranty period
  • Replacement accounts come with their own 180-day warranty
